Solving the talent problem

Our Head of People & Talent, Jo Hatton was recently asked by Candid Platform about what agencies can do to attract and retain the best people. 

The article by Trevor Clawson highlights an output from this year’s State of the Creativity report by Cannes Lions that Creative agencies are struggling to find the people they need.
