Huel approached us with a clear objective: to elevate their CRM strategy with a suite of branded templates, supported by comprehensive best-practice guidance.

We were tasked to create a seamless customer experience across their communications – all while maintaining their newly-evolved unique tone of voice and visual identity. Huel needed eMarsys email templates that would not only enhance engagement, but also streamline their CRM operations and supercharge their own team’s capability to build more advanced emails.

Advanced creative: Our responsive designs were both optimised for mobile and desktop, and pushed through the assumed capabilities of eMarsys to create something truly impressive.

Flexibility: Our modular approach meant that Huel could pull in the the most appropriate content from a huge library to deliver across multiple campaigns, and give each individual the most relevant messaging.

Brand Guidance: A detailed document outlining how to use our templates effectively, including tone of voice, imagery guidelines, and technical specifications, meant Huel were empowered to deliver a consistent consumer experience.
