What do you like most about your job?
Can I have two things?
The first would be when we successfully find a solution to a client’s problem.
The second is definitely the fact that I’m not sitting at my desk all day. An important part of my job is effectively communicating with people, and that means talking with them, not pinging off emails… although I do that too!
What’s your biggest achievement?
That would have to be getting a First at University, especially as I got a Third in my first year.
Another thing I’m really proud of is learning to speak English fluently.

What have you only recently formed an opinion about?
Meat consumption and the meat industry. I’d never really thought about the impact of agriculture and meat production on the environment, but I’ve recently read and watched a lot about it and have realised how unfriendly it is to the environment. I’m now a vegetarian.
The best piece of advice Kris has ever been given:
Don’t be afraid to ask questions, and don’t be afraid to fail.
I think a lot of people concentrate too much on trying not to disappoint their managers and may be afraid to ask questions. However, this can often cause more stress and it’s important to realise that failure happens. The key is to learn from it.
What's the most interesting thing you've ever done?
On my work placement, I had the opportunity to skydive, which was an amazing experience, especially as I got to do it for free.
Another interesting thing was moving from Hungary to England when I was 12, speaking absolutely no English.
What advice would you give someone who wants to join Armadillo?
Be friendly and talk to people, even if it’s not within your job role.
Socialising with your colleagues helps when it comes to the working with them as you are aware of each other’s roles and are on the same wave-length.
What's something you've been meaning to try but just haven't gotten around to it?
Definitely coding. Not as a career, but it would be interesting to know about it and I think it would also help me with some of the email builds that we do.
How would you describe what Armadillo does?
We create meaningful relationships between businesses and their customers, using data.
What are your favourite restaurants and bars in Bristol
My favourite bar would have to be No.51 in Stokes Croft, mostly because it has a dance floor downstairs and a quieter space upstairs where you can sit and talk.
My favourite restaurant is The Colston Arms because they do really good roast dinners.
