Armadillo Town Hall: September 2022

 

This September, Armadillo held the second Town Hall of 2022, and everyone was ready to hear the updates and changes Armadillo has made since the last event back in May. We met at Bristol Beacon and the sun held out on a lovely autumnal day in Bristol’s City Centre. After the May Town Hall, everyone was looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting some new ones. 

Congratulations to all of our award winners, Jeremy Bourton, Becky Howell, Alex Mills, Amy Hurd, Teri-Ann Burroughs, Josh Lewis and Zona Lewin who have all been recognised by their fellow employees for their outstanding performances at Armadillo. 

Also, to Rachel Pyke, winner of the @NDA Heroes Collaborative Champion Award 2022, nominated for her role as ‘people’s champion’; an additional role that she took on in order to support the agency in onboarding new starters.

Following the awards, we continued the celebrations into the evening as we headed up to the Square Club for a BBQ and a couple of drinks. The venue was full of lifesize games and it took no time until the jenga tower was toppling over after an intense game. One by one, people were getting ready for the evening and our face paint artist was becoming increasingly busy creating magnificent drawings on our employees’ faces. The DJ arrived and the day ended on a great musical note.
