Tell us something about you that might surprise us
I was an extra in an episode of Skins.

What inspires you?
I find a lot of inspiration when reading. Whether it’s a piece of fiction, a magazine article, a film review, etc. there’s something about being able to immerse myself in the experiences/opinions/emotions of another – be they a fictional character, or actual person – that really resonates with me.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Life’s too short to spend time doing something you don’t love.

What did you want to be when you were a child?
I wanted to be Michael Owen.

What are some small things that make your day better?
Reading or listening to music on my way into work; the first coffee of the day; laughing with colleagues.

What do you like most about your job?
The feeling of satisfaction that comes from collaborating with a team of talented and driven colleagues to produce the best work we possibly can for the client.

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
The people I work with. Without exception they are all friendly, talented and driven.

What are the three best things about working at Armadillo?
The people, the environment, the daily inspiration.

What are your favourite restaurants and bars in Bristol?

  • Pinkmans – a bakery on Park Street
  • Pasta Loco – an amazing pasta restaurant on Cotham Hill
  • Redlight – a hidden bar at the bottom of Park Street
