Position:
Interim Marketing Manager

Job Type
Contract, part time

Salary
£35,000-£45,000 pro rata

Location
Initially home based

Overview

We are looking for an experienced self-starter to manage all of our marketing activities while our Marketing Manager is on maternity leave.

Whilst the marketing strategy has been defined, and our key requirement is someone to continue the delivery of this, there will be the opportunity to propose enhancements or activities that help drive the business forward. There are also some really interesting projects to get your teeth into, including the launch of our new proposition and positioning.

You’ll be a team of one, so we’re looking for someone who is a hands-on ‘doer’, but you will have the support of the Board and senior members of the agency and the work lends itself to being in communication with people daily. You’ll also lead our PR strategy, in partnership with our PR agency.

We would consider applications from people looking for a minimum of three days per week, but working hours and days can be completely flexible, to suit your needs. At present, all employees are remote, but we use Google Chat and Meet to keep in regular contact.

Working at Armadillo

At Armadillo, we  harness the power of data to change consumer behaviour and deliver unrivalled ROI. And we do this with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Disney, McDonald’s, P&O Cruises and Cunard, producing beautifully creative and effective CRM campaigns.

We challenge: asking good questions, being curious, looking for learning opportunities, collaborating to find solutions and supporting each other.

We craft: looking through the client’s eyes to anticipate their reaction, stepping back to consider ‘is this the very best I can do?’, taking feedback onboard, not looking for someone to blame but considering how to make things better.

We deliver: measuring and sharing results in a way everyone can understand, treating Clients’ budgets as if they were our own, recognising and thanking people, keeping an eye on the future to solve problems before they become bigger, being specific in asking for help.

We do award-quality work every day. Sometimes we enter them too.

We have ambitious plans to grow the agency. Our aim is to become famous for delivering the best ROI.
