We’re looking for a talented and experienced Digital Art Director to join us to help deliver outstanding CRM creative solutions that exceed performance expectations. Working with Designers, Copywriters, Developers and Client Services, and under the guidance of our Creative Director, you will expand your career working on one of the world’s largest and most iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

Conceptual creativity

You will be responsible for developing creative concepts that meet the brief, interpret the strategy and captivate the target audience, delivered initially through scamps with a sound rationale. At times, working alongside our conceptual copywriter.

Design execution

You will be crafting work to the highest level, with expert layout, typography and image skills. You will need to understand how brands behave to work within our client’s guidelines, whilst creating distinctive creative solutions.

UX planning

You will collaborate with strategists to outline user journeys, create wireframes and plan user experience.

 

Specific skills and experience

Digital creative

You have built your career focussed on digital design. You understand user journeys through all channels, as well as the nuances between each channel in order to create effective, and innovative solutions.

Communication skills

You can confidently present yourself, and your ideas. You are able to analyse, question and challenge, and give and receive constructive criticism. You are comfortable communicating with client and agency stakeholders.

Team support

You creatively inspire and influence designers, and the wider company. Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to evolving circumstances. Promote efficiency. Demonstrate excellent leadership potential.

Industry knowledge

Keeping abreast of latest design and technology techniques, you have an excellent knowledge of all CRM channels; email, print, web, push and app. You have experience of working within an agency.

Technical knowledge

You are proficient using the Adobe Creative Cloud digital design programmes (animation skills a bonus) and have a good understanding of Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).

Personal attributes

You are highly motivated, well organised, confident, collaborative, decisive, flexible and analytical.

Commercial understanding

You have excellent time management, accurate and clear scoping of information, and an awareness of project financial status.
