As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of client campaigns on a day-to-day basis – with support from senior team members where necessary. 

You will be a confident communicator, positive and collaborative, and be able to work with people at all levels across both creative and technical disciplines.

Key responsibilities

Providing end-to-end campaign planning and management – from taking a brief and defining the requirement, to co-ordinating and ensuring delivery involving multi-disciplinary teams.

Initiating and leading meetings – both internal and external – to ensure that there is a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables, as well as established channels for ongoing communication and feedback.

Building relationships with key stakeholders – at both a team and individual level – to ensure that you develop and maintain clarity and understanding across your work portfolio.

Specific skills and experience

You will have client services delivery experience, which you will have gained in a similar role.

Naturally approachable with proven problem solving skills, you will be able to work in an agile environment where things can change.

As a point of liaison between multiple stakeholders, you will be a confident communicator, comfortable with both technical and creative concepts.

You will have an eye for detail, to ensure that your work is of the highest quality.

You will be proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude.
