What’s your biggest achievement so far?
The successful delivery of the DMA gold award winning campaign for McDonald’s Monopoly whilst at the same time delivering them a GDPR campaign.

If you were stuck on a desert island, which book, film and/or album would you take?
The entire Star Wars film collection.

What inspires you?
Anyone with clear drive and ambition to be the absolute best in their field.


Shane’s favourite quote:

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.


What’s the most interesting thing you’ve ever done?
A full Tough Mudder. It’s a 10 mile run with obstacles that test your physical strength.

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do?
Invest and continue as normal. Fairly boring but I’ve always said that money wouldn’t change the fact I enjoy my job.


What is your favourite word in the English language, and why?
Deobfuscation. The act of reverse engineering code to make it apparent what its function is.

What did you want to be when you were a child?
A Police Officer. I did actually volunteer at one point.

Describe what you do in 10 words or less
Complete the digital process from development to broadcast.

What small thing makes your day better?
Good coffee, without a doubt.

If someone only had one day to spend in Bristol, what should they do?
Cabot Circus for shopping, a visit to Bristol Zoo, Three Brothers Burgers for a bite to eat, finishing at The Apple for drinks.


What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join Armadillo?
Be yourself, we don’t bite.

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
Working alongside likeminded driven individuals.

What are the three best things about working at Armadillo?
The people, clients and location. The combination of them all makes Armadillo amazing.
